Mist provides rich client telemetry and service-level metrics. NetRobin works with Mist environments where those metrics point to a problem that still needs RF engineering to resolve — coverage, capacity, interference, or client behavior that telemetry can describe but not correct.

Common questions

If Mist reports a coverage SLE failure, do we need a survey?

Usually yes, at least a targeted one. SLE tells you that clients in an area are below expectation; a survey tells you why — AP placement, antenna choice, attenuation, or a channel plan that cannot be fixed from the dashboard.
